This award is for service excellence for the past quarter, awarded to one of our employees for dedication, commitment and team work. For the third quarter of the 2008 calendar year, we have selected Ms. Morrium Oraon (Nag), our Medical Center staff for the employee of the quarter award. The recognition and the prize were awarded to Ms. Oraon by Mr. Carlton King-lee, our Garden Manager.

Ms. Oraon, shown in the photo, has been an employee of Nepuchapur Tea Estate since April 1973. She lives in our Staff Quarter Line. Her husband is an ex-Nepuchapur employee. She has two daughters and two sons. Two of them are students.

Ms. Oraon is known to be a very dedicated worker, highly respected by all hospital staff as well as garden employees. As a mid-wife, she has delivered over three hundred newborns during the thirty five years of her tenure.

We are proud to have Ms. Oraon with us and we would like to congratulate her for her well-deserved award based on her exemplary dedication and contribution.
