The award is for service excellence for the past quarter, awarded to one of our employees for quality consciousness, dedication, commitment and team work. For the 4^th  quarter for the 2009 calendar year, we have selected Mr. Dhanbir Wrao, sub-staff as a recipient. The recognition and the prize were awarded to Mr. Dhanbir Wrao by Mr. Carlton King-Lee, our garden Manager.

Mr. Dhanbir Wrao shown in photo, has been an employee of Nepuchapur Tea Estate since 1977. He lives in Kharia Line and has got 2 sons named Srilal Wrao, Jaharlal Wrao, & 4 daughters named Durgi Wrao, Bablee Wrao, Sabiba Wrao and Babina Wrao. His wife is a Housewife.
